SPECIALIST – Accounts Receivable

For our Client, an international company establishing new Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are currently looking for candidates who would like to develop themselves at financial and accounting field and join the company as Accounts Receivable Specialist.

As an AR Specialist you will be responsible for executing operational sub-process according to SLAs, Team Lead or Process Manager directives, maintaining complete and accurate standard operating procedures and support control documentation requirements (SOX), ensuring the compliance to internal controls where required and assisting in implementation of activities to streamline and standardize operations, including operational metrics. Additionally, you will liaise with Sr. Specialists and other Specialists for efficient process execution, support incident resolution with customer operational teams and report to the Team Lead.

You are a perfect candidate if you have experience of Accounts Receivable/Collections, a BSc. Degree or equivalent in Accounting, very good knowledge of SAP ERP and Excel. Additionally, fluent English is mandatory on this position.
