We are currently looking for talented individuals to join the BDC in Wrocław on the position of Banking Operations Specialist - Hedge Funds Custody.

Join the Group Operations as a Banking Operations Specialist - Hedge Funds Custody. Your work will help us establish a solid team in Wroclaw and you will have a possibility to develop your knowledge of Hedge Fund products which is a unique area attracting billions of assets globally.

As the Banking Operations Specialist - Hedge Funds Custody you will be mainly responsible for:

• Processing and maintaining data in your area of expertise, function and process
• Understanding, applying and working according to defined KPIs and SLA and process documentation
• Prioritizing tasks within your area of responsibility
• Participating dedicatedly in Team activities
• Ensuring that all operations are performed timely according to the cut offs confirmed in the SLA
• Contributing to service improvements and optimization by participating in relevant processes
• Showing client focus - providing quality customer services
• Responding to client queries in timely and accurate manner
• Cooperating with various departments within the organization
• Working closely with the internal clients and experts in the sending location
• Using Telekurs to source information and requesting the setup of new securities
• Working across teams and departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Your standard working hours will be from 9:00 till 17:30 (also a shift 08:30 till 17:00 is available during the week) including 30 minutes of break

You Offer

• You are comfortable with your fluency in business English (both spoken and written)
• You have minimum 2 years' experience in corporate environment
• You present outstanding organizational and communication skills
• You are dedicated problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve
• You can easily and quickly make decisions
• You are goal oriented and would like to become a specialist in 1-2 processes
• Ability to cooperate with people across various locations
• Good knowledge of financial products would be an asset
• Some experience in international environment would be beneficial
• Flexibility and availability to support the process when required
