S2P Team Lead with English and / or German (New SSC)

Responsibilities:
  • managing the team S2P Accountants and Senior Accountants (recruitment, performance, motivation and personal development o planning and organization of work including managing daily workload)
  • monitoring Key Performance Indicators -assures timely reporting and analysis
  • being a Subject Matter Expert for S2P related topics,
  • acting as a trusted business partner to Finance Directors, Controllers, Functional Managers, external service providers and other stakeholders,
  • assuring that Source to Pay processes are of high efficiency and quality (European countries),
  • leading and participating in various projects, improvement initiatives and migrations,
  • supporting the transition of the S2P process to SSC in Cracow,
  • ensuring compliance with statutory requirements of the local markets,
  • daily cooperation with other financial departments,
  • assuring standards processes according to procedures,
  • initiatingand contributing improvements ideas within the S2P area,
  • creating ‘can do’ attitude atmosphere based on trust and motivation.
Requirements:
  • higher university degree in Accounting/Finance,
  • previous experience in S2P/AP (5 years),
  • previous experience in people management (2 years),
  • fluency in English,
  • fluency in German as a strong plus,
  • advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel,
  • continues improvement approach and mentality,
  • stakeholder management skills,
  • very good communication skills,
  • the analytical way of thinking.
