The Financial Reporting Controller is a regional resource responsible for performance control of foreign and Polish entities to deliver planned Group EBITDA. The most important tasks consist of: consolidation of financial statements under IFRS (including preparation of all notes/reports/data needed to issue the financial report, responsibility for Hyperion maintenance and all reports adjustments to fulfil reporting needs), prompt and reliable reporting to Management and other institutions to provide reliable information (including timely reporting of actual financial results/reports, control of covenants/KPIs to meet agreed ratios) as well as cooperation with Auditors to fulfil reporting requirements (timely closing of annual financial statement with positive audit opinion, effective cooperation with auditors). The Financial Reporting Controller will be also dedicated to Net Debt and Cash Flow analysis to keep save level of financial liquidity, including constant analysis of Working Capital and understanding the variations vs Pan and PY. The person will be also responsible for long and short term budgeting to provide reliable information to Market Analysts about future performance of the company (control of budgeting process among entities in the Group, consolidation of Budgets/Plans, performance and KPIs analysis vs old Plans or Prior year’s results).

To be successful in this role you will have to have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience at similar position, preferably gained at publicly listed company, Master Degree in Finance or/and Business and fluent English. If you demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of consolidation of financial statements under IFRS as well as timely reporting of actual financial results, we are more than welcome to talk to you!
