Due to rapid growth of Internal Firm Services in PwC Service Delivery Center in Opole, we are looking for an inspiring leader being able to successfully build and manage large team. As an IFS Delivery Assistant Manager you will be part of wider IFS Management team in PwC SDC with direct reporting line to SDC Delivery Manager. Your responsibilities will include:


People management:

• Developing and leading a team of 90+ individuals providing finance and accounting services to global PwC network,
• Coaching and Supervising Team Leaders and coaches,
• Planning appropriate capacity and utilization of team members in accordance with budgets,
• Monitoring staffing levels and overseeing recruitment process,
• Inspiring and motivating team members.

Performance management:

• Driving daily productivity,
• Achieving budgets and KPIs,
• Driving high quality of services delivered,
• Implementing and maintaining SDC strategic projects and initiatives,
• Handling escalations and customer service.
   
   

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in managerial role,
• Experience in service delivery, preferably in SSC/BPO or financial sector,
• Experience in change management and / or developing new structures,
• Strong leadership and people management skills,
• Fluent knowledge of German and English,
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
