Our Client is the world's leading video and e commerce retailer with Global Business Services center in Krakow. As the company is growing, we are looking for Candidates to join one of the teams in accounting department.

At the position of Collection Associate, you will be responsible for being with daily contact with Clients as well as external debt collection companies in order to analyze and fix Client's queries. More specifically, you will be managing debt collection process in the system, making decisions if whether the customer must be collected and contacted by external company, being in contact with customers in relation to topics related to the return of ordered products. The job is both administrative as well as customer service oriented. 

Due to the fact that you will be supporting US Customers, please be informed that the company offers employment in non-standard working hours- Mon-Fri, 14:00- 22:00. 

An ideal Candidate speaks English at C1 level and already had a chance to gain professional experience in an international environment or had been working in customer-service field. We are looking for Candidates interested in finance or accountancy. Educational background connected with finance is nice to have, not a must.
