Opis stanowiska:
- taking full responsibility for handling and resolving HR queries raised by employees and line managers via phone or email,
- covering onboarding workforce administration, employee lifecycle and exit administration,
- working in collaboration with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential and trusted work environment,
- providing support for the HR Operations Teams when needed,
- supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
Wymagania:
- English and Hebrew communication skills on fluent level (B2 or higher),
- energetic and enthusiastic approach to team work,
- customer oriented and focused,
- ability to work with MS Office.
