Currently, we are supporting in recruitment a company from manufacturing industry with its Business Centre based in the centre of Katowice. As the operations of the SSC are expanding, we are looking for a Team leader who will lead the P2P team and manage the transitions of operation from Spain.

The scope of responsibilities will include team leadership activities (recruitment, staff motivation and development, performance evaluation), as well as coordination of operational activities of the team including Vendor Management, Invoice Processing and T&E reporting area. You will take part in transition process as well as actively participate with the team to contribute to process improvements.

We are looking for a Professional experienced in finance & accounting environment, preferably with PtP/AP background who presents excellent communication and leadership skills. Very good English and Spanish language skills are required as well.
