• At least 5 years of experience in payroll environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in managing payroll processes.
• Deep functional knowledge of payroll.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Very good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of Labour Law.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Team player with a positive attitude and open to working in a team environment.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.

• Responsibility for payroll oversight and management.
• Making payroll calculations in the system according to given procedures.
• Calculating of remuneration for about 2500 full-time employees.
• Ongoing monitoring of changes in existing legislation and their implementation.
• Controlling and correcting errors in payroll calculation.
• Controlling monthly balance of Employee Working Time and Other activities / projects within the payroll team.
