Your new role 

As a Controlling Team Leader you'll be leading the team of controllers responsible for cost control and budgeting. You’ll be responsible for preparing and presenting executive level management reports and performing variance analysis against plan/budget and actively shaping cost recharging mechanism, supervising month-end closing process for GBS. In your new role you'll maintaining close cooperation with GBS management team in order to understand business model and financial performance and continuously improve the quality of delivered business support services.

What you'll need to succeed

As an ideal Candidate you need to have University degree in economics and finance and over 5 years of professional experience in FP&A/Controlling functions. Candidate should have more than 2 years of experience in team management and the experience in working with SAP FI/CO, Bl. Very good verbal and written language skills in English is also necessary.
