Rate: 5000 – 6000zł netto B2B / month

Responsibilities:
• Managing contractors issues and clouds on Managers behalf
• End 2 end management and responsibility for contractors / clouds orders
• Coming or leaving contractors management (IT equipment, entry cards)
• Contact with vendors (clarifying irregularities, accessing information for onboarding etc.)
• Cloud/Contractors' documentation support
• Contractors' trainings
• Preparing dashboards, reports for Managers
• Proactive approach in changes planned and implemented into sourcing processes.
• Other tasks reported by Managers, managing the service.

Requirements:
• At least a bachelor's degree
• Min. 3 years experience as personal assistant or similar
• English at a very good level in speech and writing
• Good command of MS Office, Google Tools and office equipment(scanner, fax, printer)
• Analytical skills and fast-learning of financial issues
