Starszy Konsultant Biznesowy Salesforce
Essential responsibilities:
- Analysis of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities
- Designing system functionalities according to business requirements
- Leading analytical workshops
- Presentations of implemented solutions to customers
- Implementing business requirements with ability to utilize Salesforce built-in functionalities and configuration toolkit of Force.com platform
- Participation in sales process by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to the prospective clients
Qualifications:
- Experience in performing business analysis on CRM implementation projects
- Very good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Salesforce platform
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Open minded seeking for innovative solutions
- Creative approach for solving common challenges across projects
- Self-Starter Attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience in working with enterprise-class CRM systems
- Experience in consulting company
- Salesforce Certificates
- Knowledge of front end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
