Currently we are looking for a person to join to our internal Human Capital department in Gdansk, for the position of:

Learning and Development Senior Specialist

Role:

• creating and coordinating the development and training offer for a specific Business Line in accordance with regional and global guidelines
• indicating development directions for a specific Business Line for specified job positions
• training budget monitoring
• coordination of training projects and programs
• cooperation with Partners and Directors in the area of ​​development of subordinate teams
• conducting analysis of the training and development activities effectiveness
• consulting PwC employees in the scope of training tools and methods
• conducting trainings in soft skills, workshops and coaching
• cooperation with internal trainers and external suppliers
• monitoring the status of trainings
• preparation of reports and analysis
• close cooperation with the office in Warsaw

Candidate profile:

• min. 4 years of work experience in the training and development department gained in an international company with a matrix structure or in the consulting industry
• experience in advisory role in the area of ​​management effectiveness of the training area
• experience in coordinating the work of subordinate people
• knowledge of the training providers market
• knowledge of trends in the training market and directions of its development
• experience in building, implementing and evaluating development programs for employees
• ability to manage projects
• high analytical skills
• very good command of English
• ability to monitor the training budget
• very good organization of own work and ability to work under pressure
