Responsibilities:
- preparing and updating documentation regarding internal standards,
- provide an administrative support for Financial processes,
- daily contact with French customers, answering clients questions and solving their problems, coordination of deliveries,
- building trusting and robust relationships with multinational customers.
Requirements:
- fluency in French (B2 at least) and in English (B2 level at least),
- education background in Finance/ Economy or related,
- good computer skills (MS Office - especially MS Excel),
- excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,
- ability to work in a team,
- experience in customer service will be an asset.
