We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our team in managing worldwide e-commerce projects and online maintenance for international clients. If you already have a bit of experience in digital environment and outstanding organizational skills this position might be a right fit for you. 

What makes you perfect candidate

• At least one year of experience in client service or in digital agency
• Spoken and written English at minimum C1 level is an absolute must
• Digital literacy and basic knowledge of web technologies
• Strong organizational skills that apply both to your own work and project management A
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Focus on completing the assignments in timely manner
• Problem-solving mindset
• Urge to proof and double-check everything and everyone

What is nice to have

• Knowledge of basic frontend and backend technologies HTML, CSS, CMS
• Familiarity of Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence
• Project management basics (preferred Agile Framework)
• Self-distance and ability to handle constructive criticism 
• Sense of humor

• Coordinate process of content production and website updates for clients in EMEA region
• Create project documentation such as schedules, scopes of work and budgets
• Create the right workflow that helps deliver all assets on time
• Contact with English speaking clients on daily basis
• Ensure efficient communication between client and IT and graphic department
• Control the quality of work on each stage so they meet both inner company standards and client expectations
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Make sure each planned task is delivered on time and stays on the budget
