Job Description
- Co-ordinate and maintain the sales order entry processing function in SAP- orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, credits etc.
- Dealing with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner
- Provide support to commercial Team with timely responses to enquiries
- Be familiar with Products and Processes to facilitate swift responses to customer enquiries
- Participate in regular business reviews and conference calls
- Liaising with Distribution, Manufacturing and Commerce to ensure accuracy regarding schedule adherence
- Maintaining accuracy on customer forecast information to support all planning activities
- Maintain accurate and organized customer files
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
The Successful Applicant
- Fluency in Czech, English and Polish is a must
- Good understanding of MS office
- First job experience in customer service, either call center or order management will be a plus
- Ability to generate appropriate and robust business relationships with customers
- Ability to deal with daily customer communications
- Ability to work within a dynamic Team environment
- Openness and teamwork spirit
