Job Description
- Act as a liaison between business (SAP Key Users) and IT Division,
- Control with Key Users that all flows are properly managed in the system with information flows synchronised with physical flows,
- Lead the SAP Key Users network on site,
- Coordinate the first level support with Key Users, Participate to support structure reviews,
- Take care that new functionalities broadcasted by IS Department to the Key Users are taken into consideration and communicated to end-users,
- Manage impacts on SAP: new projects, new flows.
The Successful Applicant
- Very good knowledge of SAP - experience as a Key User (in logistics; mostly in SD, WM, MM appreciated),
- Work experience in production environment.
- Computer literacy (MS Office tools, especially Excel),
- Ability to cooperate both with business and IT,
- Communicativeness, interpersonal skills,
- Very good Polish and good English skills.
