Job Description
- Providing support to Customers within EMEA region
- Contact with partners and/or end customers
- Resolving or escalating issues faced by customers using Polycom solutions
- Working in a dynamic, multilingual environment
- Occasional on-calls or travel to Customer's site - optional
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in French-speaking IT Support or Administration
- At least basic knowledge of networking (switching, routing and security)
- Practical knowledge of IP protocols (e.g. SIP, H.323)
- Familiarity with conferencing tools - Skype for Business, Cisco, Huawei, Polycom
- At least basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, AD)
- Familiarity with virtualization technology
- English language on at least communicative level
- Additional European languages are a plus
- Microsoft/Cisco (or related) certification is a plus
