Job Description
- Develop and implement customized supply chain solutions to the company's new and existing customers in Eastern Europe
- Gather and analyze data regarding purchase flow and the flow of goods of the customer, working closely with internal and external stakeholders (such as maintenance, purchase, supply chain functions)
- Ensure smooth implementation of the projects, being first point of contact to the clients and encouraging proactive communication, to monitor progress and apply adjustments if necessary
- Assure that the projects are developed and delivered in timely manner and within predetermined budget
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in Logistics, Technical Business Administration or other technical-related course
- Project Management Certification is strongly preferred
- At least 3 years of experience with project-based implementation of complex, international, multi-site supply chain concepts
- Previous Consulting experience will be an asset
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills, ability to connect with diverse levels in the organization
- Pro-active, structured, customer-oriented, positive thinker
- Fluent spoken and written English is required for this position
- Ability to travel (in Poland and abroad)
