Successful candidate will be responsible for PR strategy development and implementation as well as investor relation management.

Job Description
- PR strategy development with cooperation with Board of Directors
- Assure the development and implementation of PR strategy
- Create and execute PR plans on the market
- Preparing communication materials for PR purpose
- Prepare financial and operational reports and presentation for investor purpose
- Maintain efficient cooperation with PR agencies
- Prepare and monitor PR budget
The Successful Applicant
- University Degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PR (preferably with real estate background)
- Proven track record in PR and communications
- Open mined toward new technologies (social media, etc.)
- Knowledge of financial aspects of real estate industry
- Very good English language skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, knowledge of journalistic basics
- Interest in real estate market
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
