Job Description
- Work together with different teams to define the blueprint model including clear scope of procurement activities,
- Define all resources engagement (time, budget, FTEs) in the procurement structure,
- Collaborate with Process and Products Owners to ensure coherent approach in regards to existing processes,
- Translate business needs into new solutions and design needed structure with estimated costs,
- Facilitates the implementation together with involved business partners (like HR, Category Managers, Head of Procurement, IT),
- Provide business intelligence in regards to procurement strategy (trends, best practices, technology, etc.)
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education degree,
- 5+ years of working experience with the entire procurement cycle, end to end,
- Understanding of the shared service environment,
- Consulting background will be an advantage,
- Ability to cooperate with senior management to discuss variety of issues,
- Experience in project management or organizational transformation,
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication,
- Flexibility to work in matrix organization and manage expectations,
- Familiarity to SAP environment,
- Very good command of English language,
- Communicativeness in German will be extremely helpful and valued.
