Job Description
- Assist the local team on the monthly/weekly reporting tasks to the group management
- Monitor defined reports and work with applicable departments to ensure financials are properly stated at the end of month
- Load data to planning tools and finalize the HFM submission (monthly operating report)Support preparation of budget presentation materials (data consolidation)
- Optimization of cash collection
- Send monthly reminders to customers with invoice of open invoices
- Obtain a payment date validation
- Send customer reminder as soon as the invoice is due
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for analytics, through the agreed demand management framework (commercial budget and forecast consolidation)
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education (min. bachelor's degree), ideally in controlling or finance
- 2-3 year experience in similar post in an international company (doing reporting and controlling jobs)
- Fluent in French and English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- High experienced in data management
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Access, PowerPoint, HFM will be advantage
- Analytical thinking, accurate, reliable
- Communicative and good team player
- Autonomous and well organized
- Willing to learn and able to work remotely with French team
