Job Description
- Working closely with the Security Assessment Manager, you'll be providing divisional and Technology Service Provider Information Security support.
- Engaging with business and technology projects to identify Security requirements and controls, assess proposals and designs and identify potential weaknesses.
- Performing security risk assessments or providing specialist Security input to support change programmes.
- Engaging with business and technology projects to identify security weaknesses in proposed systems and developing appropriate solutions based on the risk assessment.
- Providing policy advice and guidance to business franchises and technology service providers.
- Undertaking targeted reviews of business franchises or IT systems to ensure compliance to security policy.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with franchises in order to identify issues and drive security compliance.
The Successful Applicant
- Relevant experience within Information Security, IT Security or an Audit department.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to write about technical issues in clear, generally understandable terms.
- Strong security knowledge and experience in any of the following areas: Access and identity management, Encryption, Privacy and information assurance, Cyber, Cloud, Network, Application security.
