Job Description
- Implementation of the marketing communication strategy defined internationally by maximizing the data base potential and optimizing its efficiency,
- Identifing specific local communication needs, adapting the international materials to the local market and ensuring a correct segmentation of the target,
- Developing the "relational" dimension in our communication to reinforce the Club membership feeling by providing relevant materials and activities,
- Holding a function of Single Point of Contact for Retail, preparing marketing materials for stores as well as communication strategy for store's clients,
- Close cooperation with E-commerce and Digital function in order to align the communication strategy across all channels,
- Supplying of accurate quantities of all the materials to the Club needed to implement the perfect communication strategy,
- Responsibility for preparing results analysis of all communication actions and give recommendation,
- Monthly reporting on Club activities,
- Share best practices with International peers and HQ team.
The Successful Applicant
- Min. 2 years of experience in marketing (FMCG, Retail, luxury, private banking preferably),
- eCRM expertise would be an advantage,
- University degree (in business/marketing/statistic),
- Experience in digital communication would be a plus,
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written),
- Highly developed analytical and decision making skills,
- Business Acumen (understanding of processes and enablers, drivers of Business Models & being capable to translate it into relevant communication actions),
- Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills,
- Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail,
- Excellent organizational skills,
- Strong ethics and integrity (transparency and trust),
- Fluency in English.
