Job Description
  • Implementation of the marketing communication strategy defined internationally by maximizing the data base potential and optimizing its efficiency,
  • Identifing specific local communication needs, adapting the international materials to the local market and ensuring a correct segmentation of the target,
  • Developing the "relational" dimension in our communication to reinforce the Club membership feeling by providing relevant materials and activities,
  • Holding a function of Single Point of Contact for Retail, preparing marketing materials for stores as well as communication strategy for store's clients,
  • Close cooperation with E-commerce and Digital function in order to align the communication strategy across all channels,
  • Supplying of accurate quantities of all the materials to the Club needed to implement the perfect communication strategy,
  • Responsibility for preparing results analysis of all communication actions and give recommendation,
  • Monthly reporting on Club activities,
  • Share best practices with International peers and HQ team.
The Successful Applicant
  • Min. 2 years of experience in marketing (FMCG, Retail, luxury, private banking preferably),
  • eCRM expertise would be an advantage,
  • University degree (in business/marketing/statistic),
  • Experience in digital communication would be a plus,
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written),
  • Highly developed analytical and decision making skills,
  • Business Acumen (understanding of processes and enablers, drivers of Business Models & being capable to translate it into relevant communication actions),
  • Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills,
  • Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail,
  • Excellent organizational skills,
  • Strong ethics and integrity (transparency and trust),
  • Fluency in English.
