Job Description
- Resolve requests through various intake channels
- Continuously build breadth and depth knowledge to solve customer inquiries in a variety of areas
- Resolve issues while projecting and maintaining a professional customer service attitude
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of guidelines, program procedures and systems
The Successful Applicant
- Strong customer focus and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and confidence to effectively work with all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Very good English and French language, both written and verbally is required
