Job Description
  • Resolve requests through various intake channels
  • Continuously build breadth and depth knowledge to solve customer inquiries in a variety of areas
  • Resolve issues while projecting and maintaining a professional customer service attitude
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of guidelines, program procedures and systems
The Successful Applicant
  • Strong customer focus and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and confidence to effectively work with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Very good English and French language, both written and verbally is required
