Job Description
- Assure smooth running of payments processing
- Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with the contract
- Resolution of mismatches and handle inquiries
- Maintenance of customer master data
- Identification of gaps and implementation of new solutions to the process
- Financial reporting and issue the invoices
- Prepare accruals and explaining monthly variances
The Successful Applicant
- 0-1 year of experience in finance / customer service related area
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of French or German or Spanish
- Degree in finance and accounting will be a plus
- Willingness to learn
