Our Client is one of the most innovative companies operating in packaging sector. In last decade company set up its position as a trendsetter and market leader in tailor- made packaging solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager who will help in further development of the company on Polish market.

Job Description
  • Develop a commercial team able to achieve sales, margin and growth targets. This will include all elements of managing a sales and customer service teams.
  • Ensures effective assessments of sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee achievement of sales objectives.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts Sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Establishes sales & customers training and development goals and co-ordinates with HR assuring effective implementation of process and programs supportive of goals.
The Successful Applicant
  • Candidate oriented in business development, with hunting spirit. Likes negotiations, challenges and is result oriented.
  • Master degree in Management or in Technical field.
  • Significant business development and sales/marketing experience in packaging business.
  • Experience of using and implementing structured techniques spanning the entire business development cycle i.e. identification and qualification of opportunities, business development, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, in addition to Polish fluent in English.
  • Ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
