- Close cooperation with Company's Distribution Team within the scope of technical support, knowledge of company's products and applications; - Effectively managing key customer accounts in order to develop comprehensive solutions for customer needs and maximizing sales and profits while defending current business; - Building and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by directing the necessary company's resources to meet customer needs and solutions; - Provide customer support for company's products and systems and identify and facilitate the deployment of solutions, corrective actions when appropriate; - Increasing the market share of all divisions and the group under responsibility; - Deploying Group tactical pricing initiatives (list and net prices, discounts structure) and other trading terms in line with market requirements; - Applying and deploying Group & Division growth plans; - Achieving sales and margins revenue targets for Group/Divisions for distributors and providing the appropriate field product, application and market support to the channel partners; - Communication with company's manufacturing Divisions; - Monitoring offers, orders & contracts; - Providing regular Sales Reports; - Provide market intelligence feedback to the Manager related to market trends/needs, new products, pricing, competitors, developments; - Recommend Strategic Marketing and sales promotion initiatives; - Responsible for collecting, analysing and evaluating data on products, costs and markets to support development and presentation of appropriate price and bid strategy.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years relevant field sales experience in industrial environment; - Relevant Technical degree; - Fluent in English; - Ability and willingness to travel (about 80%); - Dynamic, curious and proactive; - Ability to work in a complex environment (matrix organisation); - Strong customer orientation; - Knowledge of the company's products portfolio and its related value propositions; - Awareness and understanding of the key local markets & applications for the Technology Group; - Very good knowledge of the key and potential customers for all Technology Groups within the industry; - Excellent understanding of Distribution channels management; - Strong commercial, sales management and leaderships skills; - Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and networking skills; - Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills; - Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes.
