Job Description
- Management of accurate and timely preparation of the financial management information according to Polish Accounting Standards, IFRS and internal guidelines
- Develop and implement financial and tax strategies, supervise accuracy of tax strategy in the industry
- Conducting financial and economic analysis for the needs of business plans and feasibility studies
- Analysis of the company's financial situation and its continuous optimization of costs, investment and probability
- Costs control
- Responsible for reporting to authorities and investors (on Group level).
- Manage and optimize financial reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely budgeting and forecasting in a dynamic environment
- Further optimize existing processes
- Support the dynamic growth of the company
- Support Country Manager is all strategic decisions
- Lead, manage and develop the team
The Successful Applicant
- Min. 3 years of experience on a senior managerial or director role in the area of finance in a dynamic, financial institution (bank, consumer finance provider, direct insurance, etc)
- Experience in working for BIG4 company will be an asset
- Educated to university degree level
- Excellent knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting and management reporting
- Good English skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Hands-on approach, proactive attitude
- Experience in leading, building and managing teams
- Additional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, etc) will be an asset
