Job Description
- Ensure compliance of financial processes with accounting principles and internal control requirements
- Drive quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
- Identify areas of improvement, drive automation and process efficiency
- Drive lean program and continuous improvement culture
- Support transfer of activities, support of development of value added activities
- Lead best practice and benchmarking activities
- Support implementation of tools and systems
- Own customer satisfaction survey processes
- Support implementation of strategic projects
- Support vision of Center of Excellence
The Successful Applicant
- Master Degree in Finance and Accounting
- 3-4 years of experience in managerial position in Finance, Accounting or Consulting
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA / CIMA / Chartered Account / Certified Internal Auditor
- Experience in Lean methodology would be an advantage
- Strong analytical, influencing and communication skills
- Ability to drive automation and process improvement initiatives
- Passion for excellence and continuous improvement
- Project management and problem solving skills
- Advanced English, French would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
- Decision making and judgmental skills
- 'Can-do' attitude, ownership, pro-activeness and customer orientation
