Our team deals with data security, confidential data and personal information protection (including GDPR compliance). We are members of the global Deloitte team operating in Central Europe (18 countries) and our primary language is English. We are looking for a new senior colleague who likes to work with data, is interested in Data Privacy and already has experience in this field. It is possible to start immediately.

What do you need to do the job:

• You are interested in Compliance, Data Protection, GDPR, at least 4-5 years of experience in at least one of these areas;
• You have a university degree (in law);
• Speaking and writing (especially of legal texts) in English is not a problem for you;
• You have a strong communication and organizational skills (especially in project management and mentoring of junior colleagues);
• You are careful, systematic and it is not difficult for you to meet the deadline;
• You have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (XP);
• You like to work both in a team and individually.

• Implementation and maintenance of Deloitte CE Privacy and Confidential Information Program;
• Support to Deloitte CE DPO / Data Protection Leader ;
• Responsible for implementation of CI Managements Plans locally in cooperation with data managers;
• Agreements drafting and reviews;
• Handling client requirements / due diligence questionnaires;
• Confidentiality and Privacy Impact Assessments;
• Data flow mapping;
• Ensuring that Data Protection training take place, including various internal communications and awareness programs preparation;
• In cooperation with local legal counsel maintaining current knowledge of applicable laws, policies and regulations;
• Internal audits participation;
• Close cooperation with an in-house lawyers;
• Development of junior colleagues; 
• Cooperation with other departments and process business owners
