- Being responsible for end to end recruitment processes
- Proactive sourcing the right candidates through all available online and offline channels
- Reviewing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Collecting requirements and feedback from Hiring Managers
- Taking part in IT conferences and events
- Cooperation with Universities
- Creating and leading Employer Branding strategy
The Successful Applicant
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment - preferably from IT area
- interest in technology; up-to-date with the latest industry trends
- Excellent command of English
- excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients
- proactive attitude
