Job Description
- Co-ordinate and maintain the sales order entry processing function in SAP- orders, acknowledgments, invoicing, credits etc.
- Deal with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner
- Provide support to Commercial Team with timely responses to inquiries
- Be familiar with Products and Processes to facilitate swift responses to customer inquiries
- Participate in regular business reviews and conference calls
- Liaising with Sales Managers, Logistics, Mill Production Planning to ensure accuracy regarding schedule adherence
- Maintain accuracy on customer forecast information to support all planning activities
- Maintain accurate and organized customer files
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirement
- Process sample requests
The Successful Applicant
- Fluency in English and German
- Knowledge of IT-tools used in customer service (MS Office, SAP R/3 sales receivables)
- Proven experience in order management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills - a team player, comfortable in an international matrix set-up
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle several tasks simultaneously with high quality
- Ability to generate appropriate and robust business relationships with customers
- Ability to work within a dynamic team environment
