For our Warsaw business advisory team, we are currently seeking to appoint:
Consultant, Strategy & Operations
About the role:
- running project modules for our clients from a diverse range of industries in Poland and other European countries
- analysing data independently, verifying hypotheses and translating the analysis into useful findings to clients
- being actively involved in building development, sales and pricing strategies, restructuring and reorganizing enterprises as well as support in achieving operational excellence of our clients
About you:
- minimum 1-year experience in a consulting company, with a clear record of taking part in projects in the field of strategic consulting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, STEM fields or related
- degree from a top tier European or US university is a plus
- internships in top consulting or multinational companies, preferably with experience in running quantitative analyses
- leadership roles in student societies and other similar organizations
- proficiency in Polish and English
- well-developed analytical skills
- strong communication skills with ability and flexibility to cooperate successfully with Client representatives from various levels (from Board level to shop floor)
- ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- very good Microsoft Office skills, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
