Job Description
- Administrating HR data including leave and absence management for Ireland, Germany of France
- Handling employees and managers inquiries regarding HR company policies and practices, benefits and payroll
- Providing administrative support, including preparation of addendums to contracts, certificates of employment and other documentation in relation to the employee life-cycle
- Conducting the payroll processes, including payroll transaction processing, reconciliation and reporting
- Providing HR tool navigation support for employees
- Participating in process improvements
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent English and German or French or English only
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of payroll tax laws, processes and policies preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to details
- Are a team player with a high sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of Excel and HR/Payroll systems
