Job Description
The position is essential to lead and develop supply chain related to:
  • Improve performance through Supply Chain Excellence
  • Represent supply chain function at Board meetings and shape strategic plan and opportunities in the supply chain
  • Drive strategic market relations, and optimise key processes including S&OP planning process cross multiple customers - driving positive metrics and impact across inventory, customer service, co-packing, logistics
  • Improve supply chain planning, inventory management and forecasting processes
  • Determine right performance metrics and objectives for the function. Challenge the team on delivery including service levels, cost of inventory or sales forecasting accuracy
  • Develop Global Business Integrated S&OP process through implementation of new processes and systems taking holistic view and identify opportunities to unlock cost or service impact
  • Guide and lead the team driving high performance culture
The Successful Applicant
  • Master Degree in business related fields (business administration, economics, business informatics, supply chain)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain in an international FMCG environment, managing high complexity
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team
  • Experience in International Customer Service Management
  • Understanding of end to end supply chain, specifically demand and order to cash process
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, including the capability to support bottom-up forecasting and top down validation
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills to connect with all levels of the organisation and customers
  • Leadership to drive day to day operations, short term results, and long term development
  • Fluency in English
