In this role, a person will manage structure up to 40 people: Managers and Leaders including employees within a teams of GL department. This role ensures accurate reporting of financial information in accordance with IRFS and local GAAPs, statutory and the Group standards & policies.

Job Description
- Leads the R2R teams to provide quality services to the Divisions and provides hands-on support during the day-to-day activities of the respective teams to ensure effective decision making
- Supporting preparation of Financial Statements and other reports and ensuring they are delivered on time with high quality
- Ensuring accuracy and data integrity in the end-to-end financial reporting process by ensuring compliance with the internal control framework and external regulatory requirements
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for related policies and processes, supports productivity objectives and continuous improvement, process changes and leading practices to have an efficient and effective process
- Leads the measurement and delivery of service levels and SLA/KPI targets
- Ensuring that developed KPIs and SLAs are continuously met
- Initiating and leading process improvements
- Effectively and promptly identifying and resolving problems
- Supporting and motivating the team, acting as a point of reference for all personal and performance issues, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
The Successful Applicant
- At least of 4 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting (preferably in SSC/BPO environment)
- At least 2 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of operational effectiveness & efficiency
- University degree
- Strong knowledge on SAP system.
- A high level of numerical and analytical skills
- Very good talking, writing and reading proficiency in English
- Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) will be an asset
