Who we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in area of strategic advisory, M&A Consulting (Commercial Due Diligence) market analysis and modeling;
  • Experience in project, client and team management;
  • Strong analytical skills, structural and critical thinking and ability to constructively challenge others
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills;
  • Sector experience in Consumer, Retail, Pharma or Business Services
  • Eagerness to learn other strategy core competences and rapidly develop professional experience

Additional advantages would be:

  • Leadership skills
  • Experience in strategy development and revenue management projects
  • Experience in Post Merger Integration assignments

Your future role

Now we are looking for individual with experience in M&A Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence.

 Core services provided within the M&A Strategy competence include:

  • Commercial due diligence focused on M&A targets
  • Market entry assessment and market entry strategy development (including buy or build strategy)
  • Profitable growth solutions, in particular: consumer, product, pricing and multichannel strategies, gross margin optimisation, design and implementation of trade terms
  • Customer and shopper segmentation
  • Post Merger Integration and Day 1 Readiness assignments
  • Implementation of advanced analytics tools 

What would be your responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for project management and delivery or preparation of the project deliverables performing strategic advisory and commercial due diligence projects primarily in non-FSI client sectors
  • Support business development initiatives in Corporate strategy, focusing on clients in the CE Region
  • Leverage knowledge and experience of wider team and specialists in Deloitte, including brand strategy, pricing analysis, revenue management and strategy
  • Be in charge of team development, including hiring, training and coaching team members
  • Drive the team forward in Poland with help from other senior team members
  • Lead client presentations and build client relationships
