SAP Implementation Manager (FI/CO/HR)

Job Description
  • Responsibility for implementation, maintenance and support for Finance and HR applications (several modules within SAP and other internal linked applications such as BI reports)
  • Responsibility for business process redesign if needed in order to upgrade internal IT applications
  • Ensuring support and maintenance of business processes within applications, perform corrective actions and keep internal applications upgraded
  • Supervising the process of translating customers' high-level needs into functional instructions
  • Supporting in development and implementation best-practice process strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external process stakeholders located in Poland and in the U.S.
  • Understand and interpret global system impacts to issues and processes associated with SAP and related systems
  • Monitors process performance on an overall level
  • Managing a team up to 10 people
  • Maximizes team efficiency by creating and implementing daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work tasks/plans aligned with project initiatives,
  • Recruiting, coaching, motivating team members
The Successful Applicant
  • University degree or other professional qualifications
  • Very good understanding of Finance and Human Resources business processes
  • Professional experience in managing projects effectively
  • Experience in implementing significant business changes across different business unites
  • Strong experience with SAP (with preference of FI, CO and PY modules)
  • Strong experience on a managerial position
  • An excellent command of business English
  • Pro-active thinking and systematic approach to work
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset, goal oriented personality
