Job Description
- Interface to internal stakeholders such as Field Service and R&D
- collection of information as well as providing feedback to other departments
- Drive and conduct technical investigations for customer complaints which includes diagnosing, troubleshooting as well as debugging
- Provide technical support to the Installation and Field Service Department
- Provide support during new product roll outs
- Provide support to design and development teams
- Being the expert for all technical questions
- Report of reliability problems to the Engineering team
The Successful Applicant
- B.sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent
- Experience in QA in the Medical Device industry would be preferred
- Fluency in English is required, German would be a big plus
- Analytical and reliable way of working
- Team-oriented, flexible personality
- Availability to travel app. 10%
