For our client, a leading manufacturing company committed to innovation with operations in more than 60 countries, we are looking for candidates to join a fast-growing department in Global Service Center in Wroclaw.
Responsibilities:
- cooperation with country sales representatives and business support teams,
- use Point of Sales software to match customer names reported in POS to customers in company’s Customer Master,
- coordination with Master Data when new customer are identified,
- use software to harmonize prices and unit of measures,
- compare total POS business reported by channel partners to direct sales from company to the channel partner,
- analyse differences to identify incomplete, insufficient, or inaccurate POS,
- train/consult internal customer in order to obtain proper inputs,
- maintain business group workflow, includes follow-up with the business on missing fields, incorrect data and delays,
- provide reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility,
- identify opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time,
- maintaining Pricing in ERP systems,
- responsible for the escalation of issues if needed,
- continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project participation,
- understand and enforce confidentiality and security rules,
- actively participation in trainings and proactive approach.
Requirements:
- living in / relocation to Wrocław,
- bachelor’s degree or higher with accredited University / College,
- 1-4 work experience in an international company,
- fluency in English is mandatory,
- minimum 1 year of previous working experience in SAP / Vistex or similar ERP systems,
- experience in supply chain/pricing/master data/customer service/supply chain will be an advantage,
- the problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities,
- detail orientation and joy of working with operational processes,
- an analytical and meticulous approach to the tasks entrusted,
- proficient in Excel.
