Job description

• Build the data reporting and analytics function and processes for the IAS CoE
• Provide a standard framework and tool for data management for the IAS network (Global, SBU, Country etc)
• Provide standard approach for analysing trends for the IAS network
• Develop measurement of volumes (travel & assignment), activities (services) and performance (quality)
• Develop measurement and reporting protocols for IAS vendors
• Streamline data collection process, reduce manual intervention and leverage technology
• Build and provide standard monthly, quarterly and annual reports leveraging the India reporting team
• Provide ad-hoc reports as required
• Support and design solutions for other IAS teams and their data, reporting and analytic needs
• Present data in a clear and straight-forward way
