Candidate’s profile:

• Experience in managing client facing global projects preferably with IT scope
• Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBoK)
• Previous experience with transition is a plus
• Understanding of IT topics (servers, network, cloud, voice) and willingness to quickly expand IT knowledge;
• Ability to take actions and produce desired outcomes with limited direction and time pressure
• Fluent English
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills with ability to manage expectations

Job description

• Manage IT stream of Transition project according to Capgemini Transition Methodology
• Manage end-to end project realization including planning, coordination, risk management, budget management
• Oversee implementation of applications to enable delivery of services to clients
• Monitor and control project progress, proactively manage and mitigate project risks
• Manage projects team and maintain good relations with project stakeholders
• Prepare various project status reports
• Support in sales pursuits activities with regards to transition planning
• Partner with internal IT Teams and vendors to define the deliverables and schedules for projects.

The primary purpose of the IT Transition team is to lead the technology stream of transition programs.
