The main scope of the Junior HR Business Partner role is to provide proactive support to the Operations team and internal customers across areas of recruitment, training, performance management and onboarding. Engagement with blue collar employees and operations supervisors is key to build trust and collaboration.

Job Description
  • Support operations supervisors by ensuring an available pipeline of potential employees through various labour channels such as interns, foreign workers, local workers, agency personnel.
  • Staying in close cooperation with Work Agencies and ensuring high quality of cooperation.
  • Apply skills matrix development for shop floor employees.
  • Ensure role classifications and salaries within operations team are mapped in line with the market and internal relativities.
  • Handle all administration relating to new starters in operations including effective onboarding.
  • Coordinate 'on the job training' for students at tech school, providing work experience, onboarding and using this as an approach to build our talent pipeline.
  • Be a first line HR contact for all operational employees in the site.
  • Support 5S and other improvement projects in the workplace.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent skills in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in HR in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of local labour market
  • Recruitment experience
  • Training and development experience
