Job Description
- Remote 2nd/3rd line of support for VIP international clients
- Incident resolution
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Event management
- Capacity management and planning
- Configuration management
- Monitoring and reporting of system availability and usage
- Implementation of system upgrades
- Participation in projects on behalf of the team
- Build up and maintain a high level of knowledge of systems
- Responsible for the deployment of change and project activities to agreed commitments
The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of previous support experience in a second or third-line role
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Practical knowledge of MS Windows 10, Windows Server, O365,
- Strong working experience in SCCM, SCOM, AD, Citrix, VMWare
- Working experience with VIP clients
- Experience in large enterprise domains
- Strong service and user-focused attitude
