Job Description
- Maintain log of all AP and T&E process interactions
- Diagnose and resolve incoming supplier queries and follow up all queries
- Advise suppliers from European countries on appropriate action
- Manage customer escalation and complaints and take charge of resolution
- Prepare various reports including end of month accrual log
- Propose and assist in process improvements and optimizations
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education preferred
- Minimum 1 year of AP or related accounting experience gained in SSC environment
- Fluent English and Spanish, French, German or Italian
- Proficient with MS Office software, experience with SAP preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Pro-active attitude and able to work with respect to the deadlines
- Detail-minded, accurate, analytical and possess a mindset of continuous improvement
