• Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office
• PROSCI, PMI certification preferred
• Very good English command
• Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation

• Must be able to demonstrate a level maturity while under constant pressure
• Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders
• Willingness to travel (depending on the project) both international and domestic

As an Organizational Change Manager, you will be leading client change engagements where you will own and drive the change stream on projects delivering quality change solutions and interventions. Where capacity allows beyond your core delivery role, you will participate in driving the growth of our large change practice, supporting our change team, contributing to and developing new and innovative People Transformation solutions.

We are looking for motivated, collaborative, and energetic Change Manager with experience in managing the end to end delivery of change and communication activities in transformation projects in scope of Capgemini’s Global Business Services Team (GBS), preferably within a large program environment. This involves applying your ability to:

• Adopt a structured and organized approach to change delivery, thorough understanding of a recognized organizational change management methodology, ensuring change management activities are synchronized with project delivery
• Manage both the ‘strategic’ change activities to drive the stakeholder relationships with senior business stakeholders, and the ‘tactical’ change activities to understand the end to end change and manage the required change acceptance, business readiness and adoption.
• Ability to manage resistance to address it and push forward with positive results
• Manage the relationship with our Client’s project team and business stakeholders
• Experience management change in the context of the wider transformation project methodologies such as such as waterfall and agile
• Establish credibility quickly to engage and inspire key stakeholders, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proactive and forward-looking behaviors to enable effective schedule/resource/risk/issue management

Program and Project Management Office (PMO Team) is part of Business Transformation Services (BTS), delivery vehicle designed to drive and support transformation projects such as transition, transformation, robotics and automation.

We have over 60 team members in 6 locations (Kraków, Katowice, Sarasota, Guatemala, Bangalore, Chennai) including Project Managers and PMO resources: PMP, Agile, Scrum, PROSCI.
