Your main responsibilities will include: * Providing consistent, complete, correct and timely communication of account status and delivery commitments to customer inquiries * Resolving complex customer concerns and providing timely resolution * Developing business opportunities with customers * Effectively liaising with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure consistency and successful delivery of performance commitments to customers * Continually developing process improvement initiatives based upon review of on-going operations * Ensuring adherence to all import and export compliance regulations
The Successful Applicant
To be successful at this role, yo should posses: * At least Bachelor's degree * Minimum of 5 years' experience in aftermarket sales, marketing or customer service * Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills * Customer focus and influence ability, contract management and execution including financial compliance * Problem- solving skills * Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations and a fast-paced environment
