Job Description
- Reporting and analyzing variances, forecasts and projections
- Consolidation of Divisional Reports
- Collecting and comparing data from plants per month-end timetable
- Clarifying variances
- Delivering and presenting management reports
- Assisting with Inter-company balance matching
- Ensuring monthly reporting (Lean, capital expenditure, PPV, Headcount and other stats)
- Reporting against the divisions annual goals and objectives
- Working capital reconciliations consolidated to Divisional level
- Taking part in special projects as required
- Cooperating with internal stakeholers
- Reporting directly to the CFO located in Germany
The Successful Applicant
- Master degree in Accounting or Controlling
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in controlling team in a manufacturing industry
- Good understanding of plant operations
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems (experience in Hyperion is a strong plus)
- Very good skills in MS Excel
- English proficiency is a must
- Ability to cooperate with senior management to discuss variety of issues
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
- Strong conceptual skills; problem solving competence
