Responsibilities:
- creating monthly project performance dashboards for Company’s initiatives to continuously monitor project performance against time, budget, scope, quality and resource KPIs,
- managing and improving the risk reporting process to effectively analyze project and operational risk against business objectives,
- mapping and improving business processes,
- presenting management team with details on top project & operational risks,
- building program milestone trackers helping management team to have a bird’s eye view on all strategic projects for making key and timely decisions,
- organizing meetings to review completion of project deliverables,
- initiating and managing process improvements,
- being a team member for SAP roll out.
Requirements:
- minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar role,
- working knowledge of project management and business analysis tools
- fluency in English,
- readiness for business traveling,
- excellent analytical and communication skills, hands-on work.
